Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts and Professional Health Checks for Sortation Systems of Baggage Handling System at the Hong Kong International Airport (PRO/T174/25/KL)

Notice is hereby given that Airport Authority of HKIA Tower, 1 Sky Plaza Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong has awarded a contract for Framework Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Spare Parts and Professional Health Checks for Sortation Systems of Baggage Handling System at the Hong Kong International Airport (Tender Ref: PRO/T174/25/KL) Beumer Group Hong Kong Company Limited at Room 220, 2/F, Regal Airport Hotel, 9 Cheong Tat Road, Lantau, Hong Kong on 9 December 2025. This Contract is for a contract period from 12 December 2025 to 11 December 2029. The estimated contract value for this Framework Agreement is HK$19.6 million.

Procurement was by way of limited tendering due to an absence of competition for technical reasons.
